The following Code of Conduct outlines the ethical standards that guide our behavior and interactions as we work toward meaningful transformation:

We are committed to maintaining the highest levels of honesty and transparency in all our interactions and activities. (Ephesians 4:15)
- Respect and Dignity
We recognize the inherent value and dignity of every person, created in the image of God (Genesis 1:27)
- Accountability and Responsibility
We hold ourselves accountable for our actions, decisions, and the impact we have on others.(Romans 14:12)
- Excellence and Stewardship
We believe in working diligently and with excellence, knowing that we serve a higher purpose (Colossians 3:23).
- Service and Compassion
Our work is centered on serving others with humility and love, following the example of Christ (Mark 10:45).
- Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration
We believe that sharing knowledge is a catalyst for change and that we grow together when we collaborate. (Proverbs 27:17).
- Inclusivity and Diversity
